Possible side effects of Relvar Ellipta

Like all medicines, Relvar Ellipta can cause side effects, although not everybody will experience them.
If your breathing or wheezing gets worse straight after using Relvar Ellipta, stop using it and seek medical help immediately.
Tell your doctor if you experience fever or chills, cough up more phlegm, your phlegm changes colour or you start coughing more than usual or have breathing difficulties.

|Cough, fever, and/or difficulty breathing due to lung infection (Pneumonia)||Infection of the nose, sinuses or throat (Upper respiratory tract infection)|
|Inflammation of the lungs (Bronchitis)||Flu (influenza)|
|Sore, raised patches in the mouth or throat caused by a fungal infection (Candidiasis)
Rinsing your mouth out with water immediately after using Relvar Ellipta may help stop this side effect developing
|Pain and irritation in the back of the mouth and throat (Oropharyngeal pain)|
|Inflammation of the sinuses (Sinusitis)||Sore throat|
|Itchy, runny or blocked nose||Cough|
|Voice disorders||Stomach pain|
|Back pain||Weakening of the bones|
|Uncommon Side Effects- may affect up to 1 in 100 people 1|
|Irregular heartbeat (Extrasystoles)
Increase in Blood Sugar
|Rare Side Effects – may affect up to 1 in 1000 people 1|
|Awareness of heartbeat||Heart beating faster|
|Hypersensitivity reactions including skin rashes or redness, swelling (angioedema), Becoming very wheezy, coughing, having difficulty breathing, suddenly feeling weak or light-headed (may lead to collapse, loss of consciousness), anxiety, tremor|
