How does Dovato work?

Dolutegravir belongs to a group of HlV drugs called integrase inhibitors (INIs). Lamivudine is part of a group called nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTI's)

Dovato does not cure HlV infection; it keeps the amount of virus in your body at a low level.

How do I take Dovato?

Dovato should be prescribed by your Doctor. It should be taken once daily, ideally at the same time each day.
